This print is beautiful. It's a commonly depicted subject, but it is very special. The composition, tonal quality, and movement are exceptional and evocative. The piece is true to it's title... breathtaking!

I have wanted this for my pro life bulletin board at my Catholic Church and I wasn’t disappointed. It is beautiful and it has so much meaning put in a picture. A picture speaks better then words and this picture says it all. Thanks

In the fast growing city that was Los Angeles in the 1960's, both the Echo Park neighborhood and Olvera Street were havens for me: places where one could retreat from what I must have known on a subconscious level, were the homogenizing effects of modern development. Echo Park, where I grew up and a stone's throw from downtown, is a tangle of streets and green hills. As a kid, I would walk up and down through hills, feeling as if I were on an adventure away from the city. And then, there was Olvera Street: a series of quaint, Mexican shops. The color of the place, set down in the center of the first street in Los Angeles, shaded by trees and plants and permeated by the smell of taquitos and churros, enchanted me. As a kid, I was...
